Certified LifePlan™ Guide

a little about me

I am married to my high school sweetheart, Brad, and together we are raising three teenagers in one of my favorite seasons of life. A few years ago, our family felt a growing desire to live more intentionally and slow the pace of our daily lives. That desire eventually led us to move to a farm, where life feels more grounded and aligned with what matters most to us.

I have always been drawn to people and their stories. My kids often laugh at how easily strangers open up to me in everyday places like dressing rooms, checkout lines, or even Uber rides. Listening, asking thoughtful questions, and creating space where people feel comfortable enough to be honest has always come naturally to me.

At the center of my life is a deep belief that every person is intentionally created by God with unique gifts, experiences, and purpose. I feel most at home creating unhurried spaces where people can reflect on their story and begin to recognize how intentionally they have been shaped.

That love for people’s stories eventually led me into a season of asking deeper questions about my own life and calling.

My LifePlan Story

In the summer of 2021, Brad and I found ourselves facing several major life decisions and searching for clarity. We were asking questions like:

  • Is this what I was created to do?

  • How do our gifts and daily life align?

  • What choices will shape the years ahead?

Around that time, we were introduced to the LifePlan process and traveled to Colorado to experience it ourselves, hopeful but unsure what to expect.

During those days, we began to recognize patterns and themes woven throughout our life stories. We gained clarity about our gifts, values, and calling, and left with a clear, actionable plan for the decisions in front of us.

The impact of that experience reshaped our lives in meaningful ways. We sold our home of 17 years, expanded our property, intentionally slowed our pace of life, and became more focused on how we invest our time and energy.

Becoming a LifePlan Guide was never part of my original plan. But as I reflected on our experience and my natural love for listening to people and their stories, I began to recognize this work as a calling.

Launching Shalva Planning gave me the opportunity to guide others through the same transformative process. Today, it is an honor to walk alongside others as they gain clarity about who they are, how they are uniquely created, and how they can move forward with intention and confidence.

What I Believe

I believe that:

  • Every person is uniquely created with intention

  • Clarity comes from perspective, not pressure

  • Living authentically begins with slowing down

These are truths that shape how I work and how I hope my clients walk away feeling.

What I Do

I facilitate a thoughtful process that gives people:

  • Space to reflect deeply

  • Permission to slow down

  • Perspective on life, work, and relationships

Clients often describe our time together as grounding and freeing — a safe place to be honest and discover next steps with confidence.

Over the years, friends have often told me there is something about sitting down in my space that makes it easier to open up.

That sense of ease and attentiveness is what I hope clients experience as they enter this work with me.

If You’re Wondering What’s Next

If you’re seeking clarity around big questions, I’d love to be a part of your journey.
