A LifePlan™ is for individuals who are seeking clarity, alignment, or perspective in their lives. This can be a season of transition, restlessness, decision-making, or leadership responsibility. You do not need to have a problem to solve, only a willingness to reflect honestly.

The process takes place in my home office, intentionally curated to facilitate the LifePlan™ experience in a slow, unhurried environment that encourages thoughtful conversation and reflection. Located on 43 private acres in the Birmingham metro area, the setting provides a quiet, peaceful space to step away from daily demands and focus fully on gaining clarity.

The investment for a LifePlan™ is $6,000. Included is the 2 days of facilitation, a light breakfast, lunch and snacks and the digital playbook. There is a discount for those in full time ministry. Deidre can work with you on a payment plan.

Shalva is the Hebrew word for serenity. It is from the same root as shalom. Shalom refers to an external peace, shalva refers to internal peace.
